Foursquare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to support our go-to-market team by developing strategies, processes, and tools to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
In Short
Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales team members.
Identify and address skill gaps through training programs.
Develop key productivity metrics for measuring performance.
Build dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
Analyze revenue trends and pipeline performance.
Maintain tools and resources to improve sales efficiency.
Drive adoption of sales technologies.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Sales.
Foster a strong career ladder across GTM.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales enablement or revenue operations.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem.
Proven track record in designing sales enablement strategies.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM platforms.
Excellent communication skills.
A “builder” mindset for creating systems and processes.
Understanding of the sales environment.
Enterprise sales experience is a plus.
