Overview

Foursquare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to support our go-to-market team by developing strategies, processes, and tools to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

In Short

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales team members.
  • Identify and address skill gaps through training programs.
  • Develop key productivity metrics for measuring performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
  • Analyze revenue trends and pipeline performance.
  • Maintain tools and resources to improve sales efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of sales technologies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Sales.
  • Foster a strong career ladder across GTM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or revenue operations.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in designing sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A “builder” mindset for creating systems and processes.
  • Understanding of the sales environment.
  • Enterprise sales experience is a plus.
