Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Foursquare will engage with Agency and Brand clients, onboard new customers, and provide ongoing technical support for campaigns using their location technology products.

In Short

  • Manage the Customer Journey including onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Handle a diverse portfolio of customers, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement technical solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to build account plans.
  • Address client escalations and stay updated on product capabilities.
  • Conduct campaign results readouts and client training.
  • Provide feedback on product roadmaps and positioning.
  • Adhere to service level agreements with proactive communication.
  • Advocate for customers relentlessly.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or client-facing roles.
  • Advertising or social media technical experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Industry expertise in ad tech and client service.
  • Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to apply troubleshooting best practices.
  • Strong critical thinking and information retention skills.
