In Short

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and its features.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
  • Act as the key point of technical and support escalation.
  • Take ownership of the customer onboarding process.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement metrics.
  • Drive adoption and usage of our product.
  • Ensure SLAs are met and workload managed.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success role.
  • Outstanding execution and product demonstration abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics.
  • Experience with CRM and customer engagement software.
  • Previous experience with timesheet or payroll software is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
