Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred: Experience with technical products.
  • Preferred: Previous remote contact center experience.
