Overview

As a Customer Service Consultant at CarMax, you will be the vital link between a customer’s at-home and in-store experience, ensuring a seamless car buying process.

Requirements

  • Sales and customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong listening skills and customer focus.
  • High self-motivation to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies.
  • Open availability for shifts including nights and weekends.
  • Must live within 60 miles of the Customer Experience Center.
