Overview

The Lead Analyst, Finance Systems will oversee the design and optimization of Oracle EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and enhancing operational efficiency.

In Short

• Lead the design and development of Oracle EPM solutions.
• Support financial closing processes in Oracle FCCS and ARCS.
• Manage metadata and trial balance mapping in Oracle systems.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides for Oracle systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and provide solutions.
• Document processes and configurations for end users.
• Bridge communication between finance teams and IT.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Support team members during peak times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or finance systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPM and advanced Excel skills.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle EDMC, FCCS, ARCS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
