Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a focused, low mobility environment.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Meet internet speed requirements and maintain a secure workspace.
