Overview

The Customer Solutions Representative for Connected Products will provide technical support for Moen’s Smart Water (IOT) products, ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support.
  • Proficient with home-based wireless networking solutions.
  • Basic experience with mobile devices and digital voice assistants.
  • Good interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Must work scheduled shifts, including rotating shifts.
