Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at FORM, you will advocate for, consult with, and empower our customers to make the most of the GoSpotCheck platform. You’ll be involved with your customers' onboarding experience from kick-off to go-live, provide training and support to new client users, and encourage adoption and engagement throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

  • Dive into customer data for actionable recommendations.
  • Build authentic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate value and demonstrate ROI for customers.
  • Manage multiple projects in a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing B2B customers, ideally with Enterprise clients.
  • Background in data analysis and understanding of relational databases.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience managing B2B customers.
  • Comfortable working with executives and senior management.
  • Experience managing simultaneous projects with data-driven results.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL.
  • Experience in Image Recognition or AI/Deep Learning is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building successful customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on important tasks.
  • Experience in the beer/wine/spirits industry is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Alignment with company values.
