As the Head of Commercial Operations at Form3, you will lead a global team focused on driving operational excellence and revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Lead a high-performing global team across Deal Desk, RevOps, Business Development, and Partnerships.
• Spearhead the Deal Desk function, managing commercial aspects for clients.
• Revitalize pricing strategy in collaboration with the Product team.
• Leverage Salesforce for financial and commercial reporting.
• Drive Global Partnerships to accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth.
• Build and scale a global Business Development function.

Requirements

• Experience in senior leadership roles in Business Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models and contract negotiations.
• Proven track record in building global B2B Business Development teams.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on insights and results.
