Overview

The Director of Underwriting, Real Estate Finance is responsible for underwriting and executing new loan opportunities in a dynamic and high-volume lending environment, ensuring compliance with the bank's credit policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in underwriting and credit risk management.
• Highly motivated and able to work in a small team.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Argus, CoStar, and REIS.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
