Overview

The Director of Underwriting will lead a team of production underwriters, focusing on optimizing performance and driving results in the Workers' Compensation sector.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Workers’ Comp underwriting.
• 5+ years managing underwriting teams.
• Experience with loss sensitive and retro style business.
• Track record of maintaining a profitable book of business over $50M.
• Strong coaching skills around production output.
