Overview

The Senior Associate, Underwriting, Real Estate Finance, is part of the team underwriting and originating Commercial Real Estate finance products at Forbright Bank, assisting with underwriting to achieve origination goals while maintaining credit quality.

• Assist Relationship Managers with financial modeling and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of commercial real estate financial modeling experience.
• Outstanding analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience in financial modeling for commercial real estate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and CoStar.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
