Overview

The Sales Lead is responsible for driving the sales strategy, execution, and performance of the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) business within FoodChain ID’s Technical Services Division.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals.

  • Own delivery of divisional sales budgets and VP commitments.

  • Provide bi-weekly sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Share key customer intelligence and sales pipeline updates.
  • Conduct performance reviews emphasizing coaching.
  • Ensure disciplined use of official KPI sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8 years of B2B sales experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing sales teams in a technical industry.
  • Strong customer engagement skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales performance tools.
