Overview

Wifinity is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Lead to enhance our presales team, focusing on customer interactions and technical solutions in networking.

In Short

  • Join the presales team to support sales and business development.
  • Conduct customer meetings and workshops to define requirements.
  • Drive customer thinking towards solutions showcasing Wifinity’s strengths.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Presales Engineers, and external partners.
  • Prepare customer-facing proposals articulating technical knowledge.
  • Manage time effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Identify and assess customer needs for satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Work on WAN and LAN proposals.
  • Maintain a positive ambassador role for Wifinity.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales-led environment.
  • Knowledge of networking solutions and technologies.
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN and MPLS proposals.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.
  • Comfortable presenting to various stakeholders.
  • UK Drivers License required.
  • Ability to achieve Baseline Security Clearance.
  • Experience with Wireless solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of network security is advantageous.
  • Experience with Cisco, Ruckus, Fortinet is preferred.
