Overview

The Global Technical Services Lead is responsible for the development, implementation, and compliance of policies and procedures for maintaining and operational uptime of mission-critical facilities across the Americas, focusing on energy management and critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or real estate preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing building infrastructure systems.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, HVAC, and IT environments.
• Experience in financial reporting and budgeting in commercial real estate.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Hands-on familiarity with tenant improvement construction projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility in managing operational and strategic discussions.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and building codes.
• Availability to support critical operations as needed.
