Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and brand presence for Middleby Ice Solutions products across the assigned territory, managing relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in commercial foodservice equipment.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel 50–70% within the assigned region.
  • Self-motivated and strategic thinker.
