Overview

The Customer Success Onboarding Specialist supports the successful implementation and adoption of Foley’s software for corporate clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

In Short

  • Assist Corporate Onboarding Coordinators and Managers in developing client-facing materials.
  • Create and maintain detailed internal documentation and process guides.
  • Facilitate the implementation process for corporate customers.
  • Gather and document customer-specific configuration requirements.
  • Provide professional communication and follow-up with clients.
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks, manage timelines, and communicate updates.
  • Evaluate customer needs and manage project plans accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on Foley’s products.
  • Ensure accuracy of customer records in business systems.
  • Provide administrative support across onboarding and ongoing account management.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of customer success or customer service experience.
  • Project management and/or customer onboarding experience preferred.
  • Basic Generative AI experience preferred.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to innovate and think critically.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
