Overview

Vercel is seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to join our fast-growing Digital Success team. This role is crucial in shaping our customer onboarding experience and contributing to our overall customer success strategy.

In Short

  • Lead customer onboarding processes through welcome calls, check-in calls, and pre-launch calls.
  • Apply technical expertise to discuss Next.js, Vercel, and related technologies.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and customer records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
  • Help develop our Digital Success playbook.
  • Use key tools including Salesforce, Notion, and AI tooling.
  • Work closely with various teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience working with tech SaaS companies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deploy on Vercel and explain the workflow.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
