  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of valued clients.

  • Conduct onboarding calls, product training, and renewal discussions.
  • Forge relationships with key decision-makers for client retention.
  • Monitor and advance the growth of each client account.

  • Develop strategic account plans for driving customer revenue.
  • Uphold confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements

  • Success in strategic account management or sales.
  • Resourceful and determined attitude.
  • Effective communication with senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent program management and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is desirable.
