Horizon3.ai is on a mission to help organizations find, fix, and verify exploitable attack paths - before attackers can. As we scale our impact with global enterprises and managed service providers, we're looking for a mission-driven, people-first Manager of Customer Success to lead and grow a high-performing team of CSMs supporting our enterprise, federal, and MSSP customers.

This is a people leadership role first and foremost. You’ll serve as a coach, strategist, and operator, driving performance across the team while directly influencing customer outcomes. You’ll ensure our customers realize value from NodeZero, champion their success internally, and help define what world-class customer success looks like at Horizon3.

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Drive adoption and value realization of NodeZero.
  • Own strategic customer relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Guide the team to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
  • Build operational rigor using Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Create playbooks and processes for success.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to inform product strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
  • 2–3+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Proven success with Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR).
  • Experience managing strategic customers (Fortune 500).
  • Deep understanding of security operations and MSSP business models.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Gainsight, Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
