Payment Operations Associate, Formatting & Investigations - Remote

Overview

The Payment Operations Associate will be responsible for processing international and domestic payments, ensuring compliance with AML regulations, and working closely with partners to resolve payment issues.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree with interest in financial services or operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work independently.
• Excellent analytical and computer skills, particularly in Excel.
• Passion for problem solving and customer support.
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude and motivation for continuous improvement.
• Experience in finance or banking operations is an advantage.
