Payment Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

Beyond Finance is searching for an office-savvy Payment Operations Associate responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks within the Business Operations Department to help clients settle their unsecured debt.

In Short

• Manage daily settlement pipeline and exception reporting.
• Communicate with creditors and agencies to clear payment exceptions.
• Support documentation acquisition for payment remittance.
• Request proof of payment from collection agencies and creditors.
• Utilize banking ledger for payment remittance timing.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding departmental functions.
• Scan documents and attach them to client accounts in Salesforce.
• Multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support word processing and proofreading tasks.
• Handle special projects and other assignments as directed.

Requirements

• Undergrad Degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, prompt, and reliable work ethic.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Quality customer relations skills and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work cooperatively with various work styles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
