Overview

As a Client Retention Specialist at Beyond Finance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the loyalty of clients enrolled in financial hardship programs by educating them, empathizing with their situations, and assisting them in navigating their options to become debt-free.

Requirements

  • Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and deescalation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Strong customer focus and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn.
