In Short

• Key member of the Advisory Operations team.
• Responsible for daily activities of the Private Investment team.
• Requires strong time management skills due to high transaction volume.
• Focus on attention to detail and process management.
• Work directly with Financial Advisor teams and clients.
• Facilitate Private Investments and manage capital calls.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• 3-5 years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Strong communication skills.
