In Short

• The Senior Director, Platform Management will act as a critical thought partner and strategic advisor.
• Bringing deep expertise in technology platforms, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Leadership of the firm’s Performance Team and oversight of Black Diamond platform.
• Management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM program.
• Lead performance reporting conversions associated with mergers and acquisitions.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Evaluate new platform features and coordinate rollout plans.
• Address platform issues and support training needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and process optimization initiatives.
• Set the standard for outstanding internal customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an RIA or similar financial services firm.
• Expertise in Black Diamond software and administration required.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools (Power BI preferred), ETL processes, and data governance.
• Passion for AI technologies and their strategic use in wealth management.
