Overview

As a Partner Success Manager at Fluent, you will play a critical role in growing and nurturing our strategic partner (publisher) relationships. Blending your strengths in relationship management, performance marketing, data analysis, and project execution, you will be the day-to-day owner of our partner success—driving growth, optimizing monetization strategies, and uncovering new opportunities for innovation and scale.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners during and after onboarding.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with partner stakeholders across business, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Lead performance reviews and strategic planning calls.
  • Own and manage the onboarding experience for new supply partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth launch experience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to surface trends.
  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps.
  • Represent the voice of the partner internally.
  • Identify new supply opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Assist in scaling internal processes by documenting best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in relationship management and performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of market trends and best practices.
