As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will drive new client acquisitions in North America, owning the entire sales process from prospecting and account mapping to onboarding & ongoing relationship management.

  • Communicate with customers effectively and persuasively to uncover needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build strong executive relationships across multiple fields (CIO, CTO, CMO, CDO).
  • Identify and align with customers on key business challenges and driving solutions.
  • Demonstrate industry expertise and thought leadership.
  • Develop compelling business value propositions for partners.
  • Establish and monitor short-term and long-term goals aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Manage partner agreements, ensuring compliance and mitigating channel conflicts.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales, strategy, marketing, analytics, and business development.
  • Self-starter with a passion for delivering results.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to build and maintain C-Suite relationships.
  • Creative commercial development skills.
  • Expertise in presentation and negotiation.
