Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Solutions Engineer develops technical solutions for Flores, working with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and create strategic solutions.

In Short

• Support key projects and initiatives through analysis, reporting, and scripting.
• Act as a data and systems expert, writing complex SQL from scratch.
• Execute queries and generate comprehensive reports ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with business goals.
• Diagnose issues and assist with production support and system monitoring.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes.
• Identify system gaps and pursue remediation efforts.
• Assist in the automation of reports and audits.
• Maintain quality work that exemplifies Flores’ core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in the CDH Industry and familiarity with CDH plans.
• Experienced with SQL and able to write complex queries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of customer service understanding.
