Overview

The Customer Service Representative at Flores serves as a liaison between the company and its participants, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

In Short

  • Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants.
  • Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain quality work that exemplifies Flores' core values.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with Account Management and Shared Services teams.
  • Handle claims processing according to IRS guidelines.
  • Log/tag calls for internal communication.
  • Respond to claims questions and provide accurate information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least one year of professional customer service experience.
  • Experience in a call center or high call volume environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Internally motivated with a desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
