Overview

The Customer Success Engineer plays a central role in empowering frontline employees by providing exceptional service and support to customers using the Flip SaaS solution.

In Short

  • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding technical issues with the Flip platform.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to efficiently identify and resolve problems.
  • Provide expert advice on REST APIs, authentication standards, and product roadmap.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as FAQs and guides for customer self-help.
  • Document customer inquiries and issues to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical customer support or similar roles.
  • Broad technical understanding, preferably with an IT background.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and authentication standards like SAML and OIDC.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, API testing tools, and command line.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Structured, proactive, and adaptable to change.
  • Fluent in German and English.
