• Understand clients' needs and present tailored accommodation options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients.
• Identify and engage with organizations for partnership development.
• Collaborate with organizations to create customized housing packages.
• Assist in booking properties for companies and individuals.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team.
• Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
