Overview

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the sales process, leading the operating cadence for Sales and Account Management teams, and driving key performance metrics across Fleetio’s revenue segments. You will partner closely with leaders from Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Business Operations, driving operational rigor while building relationships with key stakeholders. You will design processes to scale growth, support strategic projects aimed at accelerating revenue, and operate with a data-driven mindset. This role will report to the Director of Sales Operations, and the team will collaborate intimately with the VP of Business Operations, CRO, and CFO.

In Short

  • Run weekly and quarterly business reviews in partnership with Sales and Account Management leaders.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards that monitor activity at the individual AE, SDR, and AM level.
  • Drive territory planning and account assignment as Sales capacity increases.
  • Conduct analyses to identify root causes of trends and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with the GTM system team to improve the tech stack for Sales efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership on compensation plans.
  • Grow into a data subject matter expert for Sales functions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Experience building reports/dashboards and analyzing data in Salesforce.
  • Supported recurring business or pipeline reviews with Sales leaders.
  • Familiar with territory planning and Sales capacity models.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and driving strategic projects.
  • Strong problem structuring and data insight skills.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting forecasts and business narratives.
