GTM Systems Architect - Remote

Overview

As a GTM Systems Architect, you will lead the design and development of scalable, efficient, and aligned Go-To-Market systems and processes that empower cross-functional teams and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, system architecture, and a strategic mindset to ensure that our technology stack evolves in tandem with organizational goals. You will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, define solutions, and provide seamless execution across our GTM ecosystem.

• Define the architectural vision and technical strategy for Salesforce CRM and associated platforms.
• Lead the development of scalable, secure solutions that integrate smoothly with other enterprise systems.
• Architect and execute end-to-end integrations with third-party applications.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions based on business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to embed product data into GTM systems.
• Assess, adopt, and implement new technologies.
• Advise senior leadership on architectural trade-offs.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, GTM Systems Operations, or related field.
• Proven expertise in system design, architecture, and integration.
• Hands-on admin-level experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong knowledge of middleware platforms such as Workato.
• Familiarity with key GTM tools including Outreach, Gong, and others.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
