In Short

• Plan and execute local field marketing programs including in-person and virtual events, trade shows, customer meetups, and executive roundtables.
• Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs in close alignment with the global alliances and partnerships team.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including localized campaigns across email, social, paid media, and webinars to support pipeline growth.
• Adapt and localize global content and messaging for local audiences; manage translations and cultural tailoring for Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales and partner teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing actionable insights with global stakeholders.
• Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies in the region as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
• Proven success in field marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation across Latin America.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience working in Latam regions, with a strong understanding of regional business and cultural nuances.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with remote, global teams.
