Seasonal Client Services Agent - Remote

Overview

This position requires a Seasonal Client Services Agent to provide exceptional customer support, helping users navigate the FitOn Health product and ensuring their queries are resolved effectively.

In Short

• Seasonal position from February to April 2025.
• Work remotely with up to 39 hours per week.
• Availability required from 8 AM to 6 PM EST or 9 AM to 7 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
• Respond to support tickets and phone calls using HubSpot and AirCall.
• Proactively improve user access to support channels.
• Provide passive solutions for users to find answers independently.
• Communicate effectively with users of varying experience levels.
• Anticipate potential confusion points for users.
• Maintain patience and respect while assisting users.
• Design and execute a comprehensive customer support strategy.
