Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the South-Central sales team, developing capabilities, and driving profitable growth through effective business relationships.

In Short

  • Lead and develop the South-Central sales team.
  • Manage key account strategies and relationships.
  • Drive operational excellence and financial management.
  • Forecast sales and prepare annual budgets.
  • Coach and develop high-performing individuals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and strategize accordingly.
  • Achieve budgeted sales and administrative duties.
  • Build sustainable partnerships with dealers.
  • Travel within the region to meet partners and teams.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for F&P products.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales with progressive responsibility.
  • 3 years of key account management experience.
  • Experience in a luxury sales environment.
  • Strong financial acumen including P&L management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Desirable background in the region.
  • Experience in both retail and commercial segments.
