Emerson is seeking a Sales professional for a Regional Sales role in Central India, focusing on achieving sales targets and exploring new opportunities.

In Short

  • Focus on Central India (Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh).
  • Set and achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Plan strategies to meet monthly sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Projects teams for forecasting.
  • Identify and pursue key projects for success.
  • Develop initiatives for business enhancement with gas companies.
  • Coordinate customer exchange events and build relationships.
  • Work with the Service team to resolve customer issues.
  • Experience in the Natural Gas industry is preferred.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in Sales Management and Business Development.
  • Strong critical thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Understanding of products and market dynamics.
  • Ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi preferred.
  • Open to travel.
