Overview

The Dealer Sales Manager II promotes and sells First Tech vehicle lending products in a designated region by establishing, developing and maintaining contacts with multiple automotive dealerships.

In Short

  • Provide updates and education on First Tech products and services.
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services.
  • Identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies.
  • Maintain good working relationships with existing dealerships.
  • Stay abreast of industry practices and trends.
  • Participate in community events to promote First Tech.
  • Participate in department projects or initiatives.
  • May be expected to produce a higher volume of loans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in automotive dealer financing.
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in verbal negotiation strategies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent listening skills with ability to ask probing questions.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who is highly organized.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
