  • Experience in healthcare sales to employers.
  • Operational command of sales metrics.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic leadership style.
  • Experience managing large sales organizations.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 1x/month.
  • Track record of developing top sales talent.
  • Experience in high-growth environments.
  • Prior experience with broker/consultant channels preferred.
