Overview

The Vice President of Growth will play a critical leadership role in designing and executing the programmatic growth strategy of Educators for Excellence (E4E), focusing on building teacher leadership and policy advocacy skills to drive anti-racist and student-centered changes.

In Short

  • Lead the oversight and execution of the Union Leadership Fellowship Program.
  • Design adult learning experiences for Union Leaders and School System Leaders.
  • Conduct research on contracts and policy to advance student-centered policies.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to support Fellowship impact.
  • Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to build innovative strategies.
  • Manage growth budget expenditures and partnerships.
  • Represent E4E's work with external funders.
  • Support strategic planning efforts with leadership teams.
  • Promote a culture of equity and inclusivity.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in nonprofits, education, or school systems.
  • Experience as a trainer and coach.
  • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Significant experience in education policy issues.
  • Experience with program impact growth.
  • Passion for E4E's mission and commitment to anti-racism.
  • Technical skills in project management and communication tools.
  • Experience with organizing, labor, and contracts preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
