We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead the evolution, reliability, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure as we modernize our technology platform.

In Short

Lead the evolution, reliability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.
Own and operate AWS infrastructure and deployment architecture.
Transition from Django monolith to Node.js microservices.
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Build and manage a high-performing DevOps team.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and QA.
Drive cloud cost optimization and vendor management.
Establish operational KPIs and SLOs.
Lead incident response and reliability improvements.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related fields.
2+ years of experience leading technical teams.
Experience with large-scale AWS environments.
Hands-on experience with containerized workloads.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong background in incident response.
Deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure.
Experience with Docker and ECS.
Proficiency in Terraform.
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Node.js.
