This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and scale a high-performing DevOps team responsible for the reliability, automation, and security of a modern, AWS-based infrastructure.

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps and SRE engineers.
• Drive proactive infrastructure strategies focusing on reliability, scalability, security, and automation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to integrate DevOps early in system design.
• Establish and enforce best practices around Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and monitor key operational metrics to align team priorities with organizational goals.
• Contribute hands-on to infrastructure design and implementation across AWS.
• Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to simplify operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical expertise in DevOps practices.
• Experience with AWS and related cloud technologies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to influence organizational strategy.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD.
