In Short

• Lead the Infinia efforts to create a world-class DevOps environment.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure infrastructure is highly available and performant.
• Demonstrate strong comprehension of developer tools and technologies.
• Manage, lead, and grow the individual contributors of the organization.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• 12+ years of professional experience required.
• 5+ years of experience managing a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Engineering team.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps or SRE style work.
• Experience with Security Tools.

Requirements

• Experience improving code coverage and efficiency.
• Experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing a team using modern DevOps tooling.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of Security from a DevOps perspective preferred.
