Sharetec is looking for a DevOps Manager to join our team!

This is a full-time, remote-first position. Candidates may choose to work from one of our office locations in Ft. Wayne, IN, or Waco, TX, if they are nearby.

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps professionals

Requirements

• 2+ years managing a team of DevOps engineers
• 5+ years experience as a DevOps engineer or similar work
• 2+ years experience with Ansible
• Strong CI/CD automation background
• Experience implementing centralized configuration management
• KPI driven, utilizing metrics for decision making
• Mentor attitude and willingness to collaborate
• Familiarity with DORA metrics
• Comfortable bridging engineering and infrastructure teams
