DevOps Manager - Remote

Overview

Sharetec is looking for a DevOps Manager to join our team! In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to modernize and optimize our infrastructure and deployment processes, relentlessly identify and address inefficiencies, collaborate closely with stakeholders to align system performance with business needs, and guide/mentor a team of skilled DevOps engineers to drive excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing a team of DevOps engineers.
• 5+ years experience as a DevOps engineer or similar work.
• 2+ years experience with Ansible.
• Strong CI/CD automation background, preferably with Gitlab, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Experience implementing centralized configuration management.
• KPI driven, utilizing metrics to help tell a story when making decisions.
• Mentor attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics.
• Comfortable bridging the gap between engineering and infrastructure teams.
