Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps / Software Engineering with deep technical expertise.
• 3+ years leading teams, with a proven track record of developing people and fostering team engagement.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strategic thinking with the ability to connect platform goals to business outcomes.
• Passion for building intuitive, efficient, and empowering developer experiences.
