Deposit Operations Specialist - Hybrid - Remote

Overview

The role requires 1 day per week in our Madison, WI headquarters OR the Leawood, KC office.

In Short

• Manage daily deposit functions including account maintenance, wire transfers, fraud and exception processing, and client support.
• Set up and maintain lockbox, sweeps, and accounts.
• Balance accounts and verify system updates.
• Handle check adjustments, exceptions, fraud, and wire transfers.
• Assist clients with online banking and wire transfers.
• Support new product rollouts and train team members.
• Prioritize deadline driven tasks and support team needs.
• Stay current on products, services, and compliance.
• Build expertise in deposit operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of banking experience required.
• General knowledge of Federal and State banking laws and regulations governing checking and savings account practices.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Demonstrated success with written communication.
