In Short

• Provide high degree of personal service to internal and external clients.
• Assist with client inquiries and pre-qualify clients for treasury products.
• Coordinate new client onboarding for treasury management products.
• Assist TM Sales Officers in client profiling and proposal development.
• Monitor monthly exception reports and coordinate renewals.
• Prepare and schedule account reviews for assigned clients.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one remote workday option.
• No sales goals involved in the role.
• Must have a high level of client service awareness.
• Requires 2 years of work experience in banking services.

Requirements

• 2 years’ work experience in banking services required.
• High level of comfort and interest working with bank core systems.
• Well-developed customer and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations.
