In Short

• Provide primary client support for all products and services utilized by Business Banking clients.
• Responsible for ACH, Remote Deposit, internet banking, and Positive Pay.
• Work remotely with one day in-office per week at Madison, WI office.
• Ability to obtain information from clients via email and phone.
• Interact in a timely manner with internal and external clients.
• Problem solve for complex client questions and issues.
• Demonstrate expertise in online banking and commercial services.
• Onboard clients with complex setups while meeting department SLAs.
• Maintain and develop procedures for the department.
• Assist with training of Treasury Support Associate I employees.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent in related work experience.
• 1+ years of banking operations experience.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen to clients' concerns.
• Proven ability to learn new technology and systems.
